Take over EastWick Studio’s 1,800+ sq ft floor for the day and build whatever your shoot needs. Large windows give you hours of soft, directional daylight, while the open plan and tall ceilings leave room for backdrops, lighting rigs and a full crew.
Freight access makes load-in easy, and the kitchenette, two bathrooms and quiet rooftop give your team space to break and reset between setups. Book it for the day for a full production.

No fixed seating, no permanent fixtures, nothing to design around. The floor starts empty so your shoot, class, set or event fills it on its own terms.
Bring the gear, mats, tables, rails or styling you want — and take the room back to a blank slate at the end of the day.

Large north- and east-facing windows give all-day double-exposure daylight, plus overhead lighting that carries the room into the evening.
Kitchenette
Fridge/freezer, sink and microwave — prep, plating and reheating (no oven/stove). Plates, cups and cutlery included.
Two private bathrooms
Two private bathrooms right by the floor.
Freight elevator
Direct freight access for easy load-in of sets, rails, furniture, catering and AV gear.
Rooftop access
A shared roof deck for breaks, photos and fresh air — available as an optional add-on.
Central AC + heating
Climate control keeps the room comfortable through every season, morning to night.

Yes. As the host, you'll need to provide day-pass event insurance for your booking, and we ask you to send us proof before the date.
There's a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, sink, microwave and dishwasher — great for prep, plating and reheating. (No oven or stove on site.)
