About the space
Host your celebration in EastWick Studio’s 1,800+ sq ft loft — comfortable for a seated dinner, a small ceremony or a relaxed mingle for up to 150 guests. Decorate it however you like; the open floor plan and natural light make a warm backdrop with very little effort.
Use the kitchenette for catered serving and the rooftop for fresh air. Book it for the day, with freight access for easy setup.

No fixed seating, no permanent fixtures, nothing to design around. The floor starts empty so your shoot, class, set or event fills it on its own terms.

Large north- and east-facing windows give all-day double-exposure daylight, plus overhead lighting that carries the room into the evening.
Kitchenette
Fridge/freezer, sink and microwave — prep, plating and reheating (no oven/stove). Plates, cups and cutlery included.
Two private bathrooms
Two private bathrooms right by the floor.
Freight elevator
Direct freight access for easy load-in of sets, rails, furniture, catering and AV gear.
Rooftop access
A shared roof deck for breaks, photos and fresh air — available as an optional add-on.
Central AC + heating
Climate control keeps the room comfortable through every season, morning to night.

Yes. As the host, you'll need to provide day-pass event insurance for your booking, and we ask you to send us proof before the date.
There's a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, sink, microwave and dishwasher — great for prep, plating and reheating. (No oven or stove on site.)
