Run hands-on workshops, lectures, tastings or team sessions on EastWick Studio’s open 1,800+ sq ft floor. Lay it out with tables and chairs, theatre-style, or clear it for something more active — the open floor plan adapts to your format. Wi-Fi and a TV with webcam are on hand for talks, slides or hybrid sessions.
The kitchenette is on hand for coffee and catered refreshments, and the quiet rooftop makes a natural spot for short breaks. Book it for the day, whether for a short class or a full program.

Fridge/freezer, sink and microwave — prep, plating and reheating (no oven/stove). Plates, cups and cutlery included.
Two private bathrooms
Two private bathrooms right by the floor.
Freight elevator
Direct freight access for easy load-in of sets, rails, furniture, catering and AV gear.
Rooftop access
A shared roof deck for breaks, photos and fresh air — available as an optional add-on.

Yes. As the host, you'll need to provide day-pass event insurance for your booking, and we ask you to send us proof before the date.
