EastWick Studio’s open floor is a clean slate you can shape around your event. Host a retail pop-up, a product launch, a screening or a seated dinner for up to 150 guests — the open floor plan and tall ceilings adapt to almost any layout.
Use the kitchenette for plating and bar setup, with quiet rooftop access for breaks. Book it for the day, with easy freight load-in for everything you bring.

No fixed seating, no permanent fixtures, nothing to design around. The floor starts empty so your shoot, class, set or event fills it on its own terms.

Large north- and east-facing windows give all-day double-exposure daylight, plus overhead lighting that carries the room into the evening.
Kitchenette
Fridge/freezer, sink and microwave — prep, plating and reheating (no oven/stove). Plates, cups and cutlery included.
Two private bathrooms
Two private bathrooms right by the floor.
Freight elevator
Direct freight access for easy load-in of sets, rails, furniture, catering and AV gear.
Rooftop access
A shared roof deck for breaks, photos and fresh air — available as an optional add-on.

Yes. As the host, you'll need to provide day-pass event insurance for your booking, and we ask you to send us proof before the date.
There's a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, sink, microwave and dishwasher — great for prep, plating and reheating. (No oven or stove on site.)
