EastWick Studio’s 1,800+ sq ft main floor gives you a wide, uninterrupted space for classes of any size — from an intimate breathwork circle to a full mat-floor flow. Tall ceilings and large windows keep the room bright and calm all day.
Book it for a single class, a workshop, teacher training or retreat. The kitchenette, two bathrooms and quiet rooftop mean your students have everything they need without leaving the building.

No fixed seating, no permanent fixtures, nothing to design around. The floor starts empty so your shoot, class, set or event fills it on its own terms.
Bring the gear, mats, tables, rails or styling you want — and take the room back to a blank slate at the end of the day.

Large north- and east-facing windows give all-day double-exposure daylight, plus overhead lighting that carries the room into the evening.
Kitchenette
Fridge/freezer, sink and microwave — prep, plating and reheating (no oven/stove). Plates, cups and cutlery included.
Two private bathrooms
Two private bathrooms right by the floor.
Freight elevator
Direct freight access for easy load-in of sets, rails, furniture, catering and AV gear.
Rooftop access
A shared roof deck for breaks, photos and fresh air — available as an optional add-on.
